Scorpio Rising - Your Month Ahead – November 2012
This month, the Sun is travelling through your 1st house, which should see you more assertive than has been the case in October, which may have seen you in a more insular and reflective mood. You will want to assert you own personality, ideas and opinions on other people a bit more, however you should be careful not to be too selfish or overbearing in doing this. Mercury is moving back into your 1st house in retrograde motion for most of the month, so it is possible that something you said, did or decided in October may come around again to confront you, and you may have to tackle the matter once again. As Saturn is now moving into your 1st house, you will be involved in personal issues and setting a new agenda for yourself so life may be quite challenging for quite a while yet. In the first couple of weeks of the month, some confusion with family members, especially with your mother perhaps or over domestic issues might make somebody go back on their words. The Mercury Neptune square that triggers this makes an exact hit on the 12th November. On the 13th, the new Moon in Scorpio, which is a solar eclipse, occurs in your 1st house. Personally, this is going to be rather significant time, and some new venture or turn of events may see your life and your ambitions going off in a brand new direction.
Venus is in a melancholy mood in November moving through Libra in your 12th house. Other people may be calling on you now for your assistance, or looking for you to make some sacrifices for them. Please be careful of not falling into the trap of aiding people to get some kind of reward in return, as firstly you will not receive one and secondly this could prove totally counter-productive and ultimately annoying to them in the process. In the first couple of days in November, Venus runs into the Uranus Pluto square, so you may have to make more concessions for those at work, people who live locally or those contacting you by phone or email. On or around the 9th, you may have to make some decisions regarding debt, shared finances or money owed by you or to you by others. This will be an issue that may reoccur later in the month.
Mars is moving through your second house in the opening fortnight of November, which will make you rather impulsive and possibly touchy if questioned by others. You may in a mood to part with your hard earned money and you may end up spending on impulse rather than spending wisely. Determined to get things done and completed at this time, your energy levels should be high and you could achieve a lot of your aims if you put your mind to it. As Mars enters Capricorn in mid month, life will become more hectic and you may feel that you have little free time to relax. You may be called upon to help others who live near you in a project or you may want to express what you feel in a forthright manner; even if those opinions offend. Those feelings could come to the surface in a big way as Mars squares Uranus on 23rd and connects with Pluto on the 27th. Work colleagues could be in the firing line as your passions come to the surface.
The Lunar Eclipse in Gemini on the 28th is in your 8th house of shared finances, other people’s possessions and change. This full Moon is conjunct to Jupiter and you ease any emotional worries by paying off debts you owe now over something financial or to someone who you owe a favour. Your kindness or consideration now may be reciprocated in the future, and any changes to your life as a result of events around this time may assist you greatly as time goes on.
